Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits brought to you by The School House Bed and Breakfast in Historic Rocheport, MO
- Granola Layer: Any purchased baked granola type cereal
- Fruit Layer: 3 cups of several types of fresh fruit, cut into 1 inch peices. (ie mango, kiwi, pineapple, strawberries, seedless grapes, pears, peaches, blueberries, etc)
- Yogurt Layer: 8 Oz Vanilla or fuit flavored yogurt such as Lemon or Strawberry
- Garnish: 6 small perfect fruits (ie raspberries, strawberry halves)
Layer fruit, granola and yogurt into 6 champagne flutes or stemmed glasses.
Repeat, ending with yogurt.
Garnish with fruit on top or on the side of glass.
Serve with ice tea spoons--they are good to the very last bite!
