Dormitory Rooms: The North Room

The North Room | The South Room

Our North Dormitory room, in the new house adjacent to the School House B+B Inn is designed to meet the needs of families traveling with small children or Katy Trail cyclists who need earlier check-in and breakfast options than those offered in the inn.  It features self check-in starting at 2:30 pm and checkout by 11 am.  

The room includes a refrigerator stocked with cold breakfast items for a self-serve breakfast and complimentary soft drinks. 

Dormitory guests do not have access to the main Inn building, except for touring the inn between 4-6 pm and rate does not include the inn's hot breakfast.

 

The North Dormitory room can accommodate up to 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children), with one set of twin bunk beds and one queen-size foldout bed that also serves as a sofa during the day.

 

Amenities include: a private bath with shower/tub combo, refrigerator stocked with cold breakfast items (muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, milk and cereal) and soft drinks, microwave, coffeemaker, cable television/DVD player, DVD library, wireless internet access for your laptop, washer/dryer in hallway and secure bike storage shed with compressed air and workbench.

 

Rates start at $89 for single or double occupancy with a $20 additional per person charge for more than double occupancy.
